Jordan came today and knew INSTANTLY what was wrong with our dishwasher. Previous tech fixed the door but didn't level the machine so it was blinking and shutting off, and then finally left me a nice puddle on the floor. He fixed it and was DONE! I would tell you to ask for Jordan, but don't because I want him to be available for me!!!!!!!!
Service tech, Donovan, was a real pleasure to deal with. Parts on my Samsung oven where off the charts. I opted to replace it.He gave me some really good advice for my new purchase. Will definitely use again.Service: Oven repair
