At first, I was hesitant to call this company because of the mixed reviews. However, after a disappointing experience with another 4.9-star company that told me my 1.5-year-old dishwasher had a “major problem” costing more than the dishwasher itself and even pressured me to leave a 5-star review after charging $120 I decided to give this place a try.
I’m so glad I did! Jordan came out, quickly diagnosed a simple water pump valve issue, and fixed it the following week. Jerry's also helped me file a Bosch warranty claim. They are knowledgeable(a Bosch athorized company), efficient, and their prices are very reasonable.
