After scheduling a service call they were very prompt with email updates and reminders as to when they were planning to stop by and then when they were on their way, very helpful!
They came in and identified the problem right away and worked behind the scenes to offer me several options so I could choose the the best one that worked for me. Once I was on the schedule they showed up on time and completed the compressor swap in half the time I thought it would take. These guys worked fast to get my AC back up and running. Grateful for Titan Mechanical going the extra mile to help me feel like I was making not just the best decision but the right one!
The first thing that I appreciated about Titan Mechanical Services was that they text you when they’re on their way, and then send you a picture of the service tech that’s going to arrive at your home. Matt was the service tech that checked my AC system. He was knowledgeable, professional, and gave me a few options. I thought the pricing was very fair. I won’t hesitate to use Titan again.
