The owner of this establishment completely destroyed my sister's hair before her wedding. Claimed to know what she was talking about because she had 40 years experience. And then another one of my friends went to her and she completely chopped her hair. I would not recommend using her. She overcharged my sister after she quoted her around the price she "thought" it would be. The communication is off. She shouldn't claim to know how to do things when she doesn't. And if she messes something up she should have to fix it at her own expense.Services: Haircut

I am absolutely devastated with how my hair cut and color came out. I showed 3 reference photos for what i was wanting and it turned out like a complete mess, nothing like any of the photos. The cut itself was beyond horrible, the "layers" were in fact not layers just her cutting my hair uneven - short in the front and long in the back. The "layers" also did not settle but instead looked shelf-y, you can distinguish every layer. I also wanted a balayage with picture framing around my face. It does not resemble it at all. Instead i am left with a brassy, spotty attempt at a high light. I am now forced to cut the long length of my hair off to match the botch job she did in front because there is no saving it. I have never in the history of getting my hair done have had this bad of a job done. Even during the pandemic and having a friend cut it still looked waaaaaaay better than this. It took everything in me not to cry while standing there listening to these women try and make sense of what she did to me. Trying to convince me it wasn't bad or if i knew what i wanted. if i could give a ZERO star rating i would, one is being too generous. For someone who told me they had 42 years of experience i am highly unsatisfied and heart broken. The only pleasant thing I'll say is that i wasnt forced to pay for this, which i wouldnt have in the first place if they told me i needed to.Services: Hairstyling
