I simply reached out via Google messenger inquiring never heard of this place.. person responded right away very professional, nice, and informational.. I would Def book with her.. I was going to go to her as I needed to get a quick braid do was headed out of state... But was unable to get in at.tje time. Person tried to accommodate for me.. but I would have missed my flight.. Charlotte did an awesome job on my daughter's braids! She was quick and very professional! I loved how she took time to tell us how to care for her braids. I will be coming back!!
