Horrible experience. The receptionist should be genuine but instead she’s incredibly rude every time i’ve called. She also mixed my appointment up and canceled my appointment. Thanks! Worst business i’ve ever had to experience. Save your time and energy go elsewhere. Please don’t trust them with kids.

Their scheduling is a mess, and months out. They blame their phone issues (that are common) on the service. If you are even slightly displeased and they pick up on it they are short, condescending and rude, and will try to gaslight you. This place is what people fear when they think the worst and, don't want state insurance. Makes me hate the dentist even more than I already did.

If i could do negative 100 i would called on a Wednesday made appointment for thursday but kids had pictures no one new what time so o called to cancel it she said they won't ever be seen again cause you called same day told her i just made the appointment move the time not gonna make them miss picture day got smart and rude with me and kicked us out called the office manager never got a call back this makes me mad and sad she was so disrespectful and to not be understanding they were to excited about picture day wasn't making them miss that!!!!

Showed up to an appointment for my child and they canceled it because I didn’t confirm. Come to find out they had the last two digits of my number mixed up. What a dumb policy to have! I had just called four days earlier to get their email to have X-rays sent to them you’d think they’d take that as confirmation. Now I have to wait months for my child to be seen for a root canal consultation. Sad. And ghetto.

Appointment scheduled for 10am, it is 10:25 & they are saying it will be another 25 mins. minimum before my child is seen. This happened with my son's appointment last month as well. If you live on a schedule, choose a different dentist office.The dentists & Hygienists are kind & patient.The staff that schedules needs training.

I've been taking my children here for about 2yrs now. I have never had any issues with anyone, the staff is very friendly and professional. Dr. Merritt-Brooks knows her work. I highly recommend this place!
