He was a champion competitor in his younger days, and is a wonderful teacher now. He is absolutely wonderful with children and is an inspiration to keep training.“

“This gym is fantastic and I can't imagine going anywhere else. The instructors are knowledgeable, patient and willing to adjust to different learning styles / ability levels. My 8 year old son has been training for 1 1/2 yrs. They are INCREDIBLE with kids really bringing the instruction to a level they can understand, remember, and put into action. My 48 year old miserably out of shape self has been training for about 2 months and have found the coaches and members are all very encouraging and accepting. It's a family at FLOW.
