“I have been attending Hong's USA Taekwondo since 2017. This place has instilled a lot of confidence and discipline within me.Without this school, I wouldn't be as outgoing or social. It has taught me leadership skills, management skills, multitasking skills, and so much more.It has improved on aspects of my life that need it It and strength skills I already had.I participated in sports during my high school career, but attending here took my athleticism to a whole new level. Sure, I enjoy powerlifting/ bodybuilding, but this shows you that it's more than big muscles that make the athlete better. It's also about the "internal" muscle strength.I welcome all, and encourage all to try it out! You never know where it might take you in life. I see many parents train along side with the children. And I've seen families grow with their children here as well.The improvement one makes is amazing. The improvement I have seen in troublesome children is spectacular.
