Definitely the place to go for eye exam. Dr. Warfield was great and explained everything for me to understand. She took her time and made me feel comfortable. The staff was amazing. The manager Katie did an amazing job helping me pick out a pair of glasses that I absolutely love. I love so much I picked out a second pair. Defintly going back for my next exam. Go check them out, you won't be disappointed.

Came to visit family in Indiana and stopped by for an adjustment. The store was clean, and the glasses displays were well organized. When I initially walked in both associates were assisting other customers. Both were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and kind. The manager, Katie, assisted once she was finished. Even though I hadn't purchased my glasses through JCPenney (this time) , Katie said she would fix them as long as I understood the risk would be mine and they could not be held liable. I agreed. My glasses have never fit so well, and she cleaned the lenses, replaced one of my nose pierces, and sanitized before returning to me. 10 star service!!!

So let me just start....what a welcoming group of Ladies! Dr. Warfield was AMAZING! The staff was even more amazing with their professionalism and knowledge! They made my day that's for sure! Don't hesitate people! Get down there for amazing deals and amazing service!
