I chose Aaron Cowham as my realtor for a number of reasons. I just needed someone easy to work with, communicative, that I could trust to be punctual with deadlines and be sure they have my best interest. He's a stand-up guy that maintained professionalism throughout the transaction. His team definitely deserves 5+ stars.

Loved the service and loyalty of Teresa during our ‘extended’ time to closing (nothing to do with Teresa or HH). We felt so cared for and defended by Teresa during the negotiations and her experience and determination were evident throughout the process. I would highly recommend Teresa and Howard Hanna.

Refused to actively show me that they were working on getting a non-entity (non-party) name for me who was allowed to illegally enter the home during inspections and bring tools into the home (for goodness knows what purpose - I'm not talking about the inspector, but rather some other 'unknown' party). Sara Bizarro claimed to have asked the other agent what went on, but has refused to show any documentation of that - they and the other agent say they know who the other party is that they allowed, but won't provide me names -- they've asked me repeatedly 'why I want to know' and I've answered repeatedly who wouldn't want to know who was in your home (not for a showing - just let someone in) - After my complaints, I come home later in the week to my lockbox being OPEN with the key right there for anyone to grab and or copy! What is going on! I would steer clear of this company in totality as their agents aren't empowered to get answers and their branch manager Sarah Bizarro refuses to do so.

I highly recommend Janell Dickerson at Howard Hanna SB Real Estate. I'm in the process of buying a home right now, moving from California to Indiana and I don't know what I would do without having such a great partner on the ground in Indiana, taking care of everything for me. Janell is incredibly responsive and when she says she's going to do something, she does it without delay. Once I get there I will not hesitate to tell everyone I meet how awesome she has made the process.

We were recently in the market to buy our first home and met with a few different realtors before we found Janell Dickerson. She went above and beyond our expectations. Completely professional and available even during a disaster in her life when her house flooded and her hands were so full with all her other clients as well. We always felt attended to and cared for. We had a hard time finding the perfect place for us but she was so patient and always made us feel better every time our offer was declined. I would absolutely recommend Howard Hanna SB realtors to anyone who needs to buy/sell a house. If their other employees are anything like Janell you will not regret it.
