Grevin Was very conscientious. He was on time and did our water heater maintenance check promptly. He asked if we had questions reassured us that the water heater was working properly. He checked out the other plumbing fixtures and was able to arranged to have any issues fixed promptly and he stayed long enough to make sure the issue was working properly.

BEWARE bait and switch.
I agreed to a new AC install, which included a new refrigerant line replacement and included a 1 year service plan.
The team instead flushed the existing line, without asking or informing me (I had to ask) and after numerous requests they have not honored the agreed upon terms.
Additionally, they have not provided any info on the agreed upon service plan.
Regarding quality of the install, the sheet metal after the coil install was installed poorly with many visible gaps and using excessive tape beyond sealing the seems. To their credit they did send someone out to completely re-do the sheet metal.
Update 3+ weeks after this review: they came back out to replace the refrigerant line, as per the original agreement/service order. They have still not provided information on the 1 year service plan, which was part of the original agreement/service plan that I paid for.

EXCELLENT!! Cleaned our ducts. A bit of a challenge in our smaller home. But Johnathan did a great job. Was confident and professional. Very pleased. Cost included in new Hvac system purchase.

Another great job done by Home Comfort Experts. Michael Sheldon did a great job installing a new power vented high-efficiency water heater. He worked diligently and took care not to damage anything or leave a mess.

Jonathan Clements did a wonderful job diagnosing our dryer problem we were having. We had been having problems for months. He found a spot where the dryer shoot hadn’t been hooked up right to our dryer and also cleaned out a ton of lint from our shoot. Very professional and informative.
