This place and some of the doctors are incompetent..And if you are looking for a doctor that cares about your well-being.This is the last place I would go. There's one employee that works there and is sweet and kind.Thats about it..

My partner called too see if he could get himself checked in and be possibly put on antibiotic because we took out 7m old in too the er and couple days ago and found out he had rsv meaning that everyone in the household probably has it now here's the kicker my partner got refused medical services over and outstanding balance because the last time he came into health link your receptionists didn't do their job and tell my partner his insurance was expired. So tell me how your workers are going too be the cause of my partners outstanding balance and then refuse services over that?!! Technically refusing any kind of medical services are illegal. Even beacon didn't refuse too take me in when I gave birth too my child and I had an outstanding balance of over 1000 dollars with them. So you will call my partner and get this fixed or we will be taking this too court and I will end up shutting yall down if you continue too treat your consumers this way.

I actually like my Dr there, but they use Quest Diagnostics which refused to submit my bills to insurance correctly (this time they didn't do it at all!) and I just left my third phone call for assistant site director Adriana in as many weeks to get the matter corrected, but so far she has refused to return my calls.
I will have to switch providers because this is ridiculous.

My experience, was terrible, people have to call another place to make appointment, then I got yelled at by a young person, I just wanted a letter to my insurance. These people make a 62 year old woman feel so stupid.. I will never go back to this place again!!!!

The call back service is horrible and if they do call you back it's not til 6 pm or later. The nurse that does the call back (the one I got) is rude n makes you feel like your bugging her. Make a call bc u was told to by CVS about meds and they act like you r in the wrong. My Dr she is awesome no problems with her. I shouldnt have to leave a message every time n wait for a call. I only came to this office bc my old Dr office stop taking my health insurance. Needs to retrain some of the staff on how to talk to people on the phone.
