My senior dog was at end of life and in a dire situation. The staff was very respectful and took my little guy and treated him with kid gloves. They gave us all the time we needed to say good-bye. The doctor took the time and let us know what was going on with him. They took us right away. I would easily trust them again and am very thankful for their kindness.

So far, been here almost an hour, with no attention. One pet in front of us, they left 10 minutes ago & we haven't been called back in.

This clinic is horrible do not bring your pets here if you are looking for emergency care. I brought my dog there from 11:00am and waited until 6:00pm. I was told to wait another two hours. I eventually gave up because she was waiting for food, water, and needed to use the restroom but she couldn't go on her own. She was disoriented, stop breathing couple of times, and had two seizures. Clearly, she wasn't responding at all, how can you call that living seriously! I repeatedly went to the desk asking when it was my turn and they kept telling to waiting a few hours more.
