My husband went to the Granger location today to get his hair cut. The lady that cut his hair (Karen) did a horrible job. She took clippers to cut his hair all the way around so that left the hair completely uneven everywhere. Also his side burns where two different lengths and the front of his hair line had long strands of hair. Just an over bad hair cut. I called and spoke with the manager (Maddie) and she stated I could go to a great clips closet to my house and get the hair cut fixed and a full refund. Had a great experience with Lisa. She cut my hair in long layers just like I wanted and was very pleasant to talk to! Would definitely recommend her!
Requested style: I asked for long layers and curtain bangs and it turned out beautiful!
