IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. I am beyond disappointed with the arrangement that was received. I live out of state and ordered some Mother’s Day flowers to be delivered. I ordered through FTD and Gordillo’s was the florist chosen. To spend almost $100 and receive this bouquet is appalling. There were ZERO carnations, only ONE lily, the colors were not even close to the picture (which is one of the main reason we picked this bouquet). There were flowers that were missing half their petals, and to be a “premium” bouquet, there was no fullness to it whatsoever. Overall, this is one of the worst bouquets I have ever seen. When my boyfriend’s mom sent the pictures that she received the bouquet I was mortified and completely embarrassed that this is what was delivered. Attached the bouquet we expected vs what was delivered. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I ordered flowers for my husbands grandmothers funeral. What they deliver was beyond unacceptable. We paid $116 for a large arrangement. The arrangement we received was bare and half the flowers were already dying and drooping. I have attached photos of what we ordered and what we got. 1-800-flowers was kind enough to refund us the full amount. Do better Gordillo’s, flowers are not cheap and delivering an arrangement that has dead flowers on top of such a small arrangement when we order the large is not acceptable.

They mispelled my name even after my family asked them to make sure that it would be spelled correctly. Flowers are pretty but overpriced for the quantity and quality

Friendly people but the flowers were mediocre. The vase was reused. Two roses had brown spots, they never opened and died within 4 days.

I wish I had come across this florist years ago . I was trying to come up with something beautiful quickly because the funeral home had stopped flower purchases . Not only did they make the most stunning arrangement with a lot of communication but they were at the funeral home within an hour communicating the entire time . They were kind and thoughtful and sent lots of ideas . The price was well within reason as well . They even delivered for free . I wil forever use these guys if I need flowers in Northern Indiana

My daughter ordered flowers for my husband for Father’s Day. It was supposed to be a little puppy with sunglasses. He received a PINK animal with a Mickey Mouse pen on top of it. He received something for a female not from a male. Very disappointed with this company
