The staff at Ballards in Middletown ensured every single detail we asked for regarding music, pictures, and memorabilia for my brother’s service were exactly as we wanted. Tyler Brown was amazing. He actively worked out the details for special circumstances regarding the burial of my brother’s cremains. Even after the service the admin staff assisted with submission of paperwork to the Vetetan’s Administration. They have subsequently contacted our family twice to check on our well being.
