I had another fantastic experience with SCG Appliances. Sam came out to repair my washing machine and I couldn’t be happier with the service.
From the start, Sam was incredibly quick to respond to my issue. Unlike many other appliance repair services that can be vague about timing. He was able to come the next day, which he gave me an approximate (short) time window. Sam was courteous in letting me know when he was on his way so I wasn't left waiting around.

Sam did excellent work on our dryer! got a hold of him, he was out within 36 hours around our schedule. came out, said it wasn't as simple of a fix as he hoped but he still got it done within an hour and charged an absolutely fair price. Very professional and very happy with the working dryer!

Technician was very knowledgable. He arrived on time and was very personable. He had the repair of my refrigerator accomplished in a very short amount of time and his rate was extremely reasonable. I would give him ten stars if I could.
