I don't mind the self checkouts but I went to get a cheap pair of wireless headphones. They were locked in a case and I waited for 15 minutes for someone to come unlock them. The headphones are $9. There is NO reason to lock them up. After waiting there for 15 minutes and being told by 2 employees "sorry not my department", I gave up and ordered the headphones on Amazon. Also they are not doing cash right now and while this doesn't effect me right now they need to put up signs at the door.

I will not shop there any longer. Why do you expect me to check myself out and do the job of the clerk you probably laid off. You should be paying me to do your employees job in the way of lower prices. Two of your employees were standing at their self checkout station talking sweet nothings to one another and ignoring me when I needed help. Nobody seems to care anymore. I'm done with walmart and hope many more follow my decision.

Terrible store. Ok, it's Walmart. I understand I am not shopping at a highend department store. BUT I should NOT have to wait in line for more than 10 minutes to USE THE SELF-CHECKOUT. There weren't any real cashiers in the store as far as I could tell, just self checkouts. You want me to do your work for you, pay you for it AND be inconvenienced? I don't think so Walmart. There ARE other stores to spend my money. Pay your employees a living wage and you'll have people lining up for a cashier job.
