Beyond amazing! I called this company for the first time - no prior relationship. My AC was on, but nothing was blowing from the vents and I had a group of 12 on their way to my house. Tom changed up his schedule, so Edgar could arrive within normal working hours and I would avoid emergency service charges. Edgar was at my door in 20 minutes and was professional, friendly, and found the issue within minutes. He replaced the part and had it working again in under 30 minutes. It is sometimes challenging to call a service company because my experiences have often varied. Thank you Michiana Mechanical for a fantastic experience! I highly recommend ❤

Very knowledgeable. Gave me several options. Was in and out fast. This was a wonderful experience. I would definitely use him again. He really enjoyed what he was doing and really cared about the company he was working for. That explains a lot about a company for employees to be like that.

Rachel came out on a day with high winds and temps in the teens and powered thru the conditions. She truly knew what she was doing and answered all of our questions and took pics and notes to get back to us on future work/modifications to our furnace and water heater.
