I’ve seen Dr Lorino for yearly vision exams, chronic dry eye, and an eye injury. For the injury, I actually saw an ophthalmologist first, but he just shrugged it off and told me to give it time. I wasn’t comfortable gambling with my vision, so I made an appointment at HealthLinc the next day. I got a far more thorough exam as well as a contact bandaid that allowed my eye to heal with much more comfort. She is seriously the best!
HealthLinc please start offering contact lens appointments. It is frustrating to have to go elsewhere for a yearly exam and settle for care that doesn’t come close to what Dr Lorino and her team provide.
Lovely customer / patient service. All the ladies are very friendly and helpful. It would help if we were able to get everything done in one spot. Getting an exam at one spot and having to go somewhere else for glasses isn’t as good as having it done in one spot.
Dr Lorino is always a pleasure to work with. I have been a patient for years. She is very compassionate and truly cares for her patients. I am never rushed during the visits and feel like she gives 100% at all times.
