Always a nice place. You walk in and are greeted with a smile. You are spoken to by name and can actually talk with the receptionist for a few minutes. It doesn't feel like a dentist office until you go to the back.?? Even then, large window in the area I was in, nature (birds and squirrels) was a refreshing view. Staff was courteous and made sure you were comfortable and knew what was happening in your mouth. Dentist came in and conversed for a few minutes then did his part of the exam. He addressed any concerns he had and made sure your concerns were addressed.

Where to even begin. Edgewood Dental is such a great office. I called today to make an appointment for my son. The woman I spoke to was so kind and sweet. I explained to her the reason for my call. She proceeded to ask me for my insurance information to make sure I was in network with them before I proceeded with making my appointment. The lady helping me did explain I was not in network and asked if I still wanted to proceed. The fact that she made sure I was aware and how she took the time to help me with everything, I did go ahead and proceed with booking my appointment. Every staff member was friendly and polite. The receptionists are accommodating and friendly. The hygienist was gentle and kept me informed of what she was doing. If you're looking for a new dentist, give Edgewood Dental a try.
