A year ago I bought a home and the central air didn't work. City Heating & Cooling Inc. came out and with in 20 minutes told me the unit was rotted out and couldn't be repaired. I was offered a $3000 used unit with installation or over $5000 for new. I Was charged $100 for the service call to be told all this. I talked with Carl from Done all Done Construction and wanted to do a couple tests. Low and behold my unit only had a couple of small leaks. With those repairs and then properly charged my central air was up and running. Within minutes it was blowing 57° cold air, and as it ran it just got colder.

Just moved to this area a year ago, and have had them come out a few times. They are honestly the best company I have ever worked with. They did not try to upsell or try to get you to buy things you don’t need. The repairs made were fantastic and always fixed the issues day 1.

This company was hired to install a brand new HVAC System - the system works however the quality of the installation was extremely poor, and I had to argue with the owner to get what I wanted in my new system. I also had to come behind the contractor, after the HVAC system installation was completed, to make repairs to multiple items including a gas leak caused by an improper riser installation. I would recommend Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling over this company. They are much more professional and quality of work is superior.Services: Heating system installation
