I wouldn’t recommend this place, The owner/braider gave me a card that read $10-$20 off with hair included. So I make an appointment for micro braids with wavy hair she said $250 with card should’ve been $230. I get there she convinced me to get boho box braided bob said that it would be faster and that I would have needed to bring my own hair (card states they provide hair) so I go with the boho bob, well My hair is not cut/shaped like a bob and they added too much boho hair causing me to look like a poodle. She didn’t honor the card stating the discount was for “students” only but nowhere on the card did it state that. Veronica did not handle it properly instead she argued discount is for students only even though the card didn’t specify this. $250 gone down the drain because I don’t like my hair and started to cut /take hair down not even 24 hours later. She’s only about money and not providing good service or making customers Happy and Satisfied!!! #FalseAdvertising #Fraud #Unprofessional Yes I am Mad As Hell !!!

I've been to many braiders but by far Veronica is the best. I walked in over 5yrs ago and has never been disappointed with any of the styles requested. I receive many compliments on my braids. If you want someone to provide great service this is the place.

I appreciate them taking my last minute on a walk in. I got two braids with smaller braids on the side. The braids are cute but too thin, not enough hair was added. I didn’t like that the shop was so cold that she braided my hair in her outside coat. The tv was loud but the other lady in the shop phone was playing a video that was louder and she spoke even louder than the video. Left with a major headache.
