came to get an eyebrow wax but unfortunately barely any hair was removed. I had a great consultation speaking of what my expectations were. Unfortunately my service provider colored in my eyebrows more than waxed the hair.. $30 for a $2 wax :( in the photo below I mapped out my brows showing her the problem areas I was concerned about, I removed the makeup before the after photo was taken

I walked in after a stressful day and the girl who helped me was truly the best I was feeling so down and she not only helped me find everything I needed she was very patient and helped me test different things until I felt comfortable she truly changed my day around and her attitude was just so positive it’s hard to find good customer service these days I believe her name was Angela or angelic she was a cashier manager she was truly good to me
