Stephanie at the Merrillville, IN location was absolutely amazing!!! I took my daughter for her birthday cause she wanted skin care more fit for her and a new look with makeup. Stephanie was very helpful and answered any and all questions to include helping me as well. She also waxed my daughters and my eyebrows and they look fabulous!!! She was so gentle and really gave my daughter her full attention in every way. Stephanie is our new favorite customer service personnel and we will definitely be back for her!!! My salon service was booked a week in advance, I came from Georgia for a wedding. Sophia, the hair stylist that took care of me was AWESOME. She was very kind and professional. I was very pleased with hair service I received. She educated me on the product choices and was very knowledgeable about the products results. I would highly recommend hair services at Ulta and you should definitely ask for Sophia!

I went in yesterday and spoke with Isabelle. I was looking for the Medicube wrap Collagen mask. Isabelle showed me right where it was and took her time explaining some of their other products. I purchased the mask and used it last night. Thankful to report it did not trigger any allergies. While I did not wake up to glass skin, I did wake up to minimized pores and a slight radiance. I'll use it again tomorrow and see what happens. I greatly appreciate Isabelle and the time she spent with me. Thank you
