If anyone has recently believed that customer service is gone well thay haven't tried Penney's lately. Kathy/Boris is absolutely one of the most helpful people I've run accross of late. She helped me in every aspect of my purchase.
I was having trouble finding a nice suit for an engagement party. When all of a sudden Mrs.Shirley approached me and helped me find the perfect suit. Not only that but she was very kind, patient, sweet and very helpful. Just wanted to say my experience was amazing thank you again Mrs.Shirley. I will definitely be getting my next suit from JC Penney.
I buy all my hair products at the hair salon in Penney's. Prices are better than Ulta and they have buy one get one 40% off.
Employees are very helpful. If you don't see what you need they will go in store room to see if they have it. The eye glass center in Penney's is closed.
