The good people at Geisen-Pruzin Funeral Home were of the greatest support and service when we needed it most. They did their best to meet our every need and were patient in walking us through everything, leaving no question or query we had unanswered. They were professional in all ways, from communications with us through the burial at the cemetery, but also personally involved, including hands on help at the graveside. They were very helpful and kind. We only needed limited services and didn't feel pressured to purchase other items. They also provided useful links and information afterward relating to grief as well as things to keep in mind and make sure you do when a loved one passes. They made this difficult time easier.
The staff at Geisen-Pruzin was very compassionate and helpful dealing with the sudden death of my sister. Jonathan was especially kind. Everything went well and I was completely satisfied with their services.
