I want to start this off by saying the two ladies that cleaned my house and the first lady spoke to on the phone are very friendly. But I spent a lot of money and thought I would get my moneys worth but there was so much they missed. I asked twice in the phone if they wipe the trim and I was told yes, but that didn’t happen. A lot of my fixtures are still dusty and have cob webs, and my mirrors have smudges on them as well. I wanted my fridge clean and it looked like they just gave up and didn’t finish the mess and same with one of the windows as well. Unfortunately I was too late to say something because they only give a 24 hour guarantee which I understand to an extent but it was the same week when I emailed them back with my complaints and photos. I was just told that they wish I said something sooner and that they will talk to the girls about it. I work a lot and I go to school, I just had to put my dog down that’s why I wanted a deep clean.

Randee does an amazing job! She cleans EVERYTHING in a room. We have all white baseboards and cabinets with a 15month grandson and two big dogs and everything sparkles when she is done. I love how clean my home is when she is done and the fresh smell when I walk in.
