“I needed a loan 10 months ago and Regional provided one for me-quickly, hassle-free. Within minutes, he assured me that he could help and had set up an appointment for the same day. When I arrived at Regional, I was immediately met by Jose and we got started discussing my needs. By the time I was ready to leave, Jose had me set up with a consolidation loan that was over $300 less than I'd been paying, plus I had enough left to pay my unexpected bills! My entire visit was pleasant, stress-free and well worth my time! Jose was very professional, explaining everything clearly, and he also was friendly and put me at ease. In fact, everyone in the building (from the woman from another office who showed me where Regional was, to the security guard who warmly greeted me when I came in, then held the door for me as I left, to the bank cashier who greeted me with a big smile and kind words) all made me feel as if they were truly happy to see me and help me in any way possible.
