The service was fast. David was great. I’m giving it for stars because I wasn’t able to cash the check right away. The check bank of issue was Wells Fargo Bank. I traveled 30 miles to downtown Chicago, Illinois, just to find out that the check could not be cashed in person for 24 hours. That's something that I would have liked to have known beforehand. My suggestion to Heights Finance is that they should look into depositing the money directly into their customer's bank account.
I just met today the most wonderful person, she was so excellent in her service, and so friendly and professional, again my thanks go out to Angela Sanchez, I'm sure a truly valuable employee ❣️?
My experience with heights finance has been 100% better than my own bank. Banks say no to a loan and they have your money. I would say heights has been good to me and my daughter. Give them a chance!
