Not only do the staff provide amazing quality care and service but personally have been more than kind and accommodating to me during my time there and working with me and my availability with a new baby! They offer clients tremendous care and truly genuinely appreciate them. I would say that this I one of the best jobs I've had in a long time. I've been with this company for 9 months and I have really been treated with the upmost respect. I started this company out in the field and worked my way up to a greater position with greater accommodations.I love that I can choose how many hours and days that I want/can work and it's given to me. The staff is awesome to me. We are a family working to provide other families with greater care and compassion for those in need of a great service for their love ones don't hesitate we service Lake and Porter County and Medicade and Medicare we also provide services for Private Pay. I’ve been an employee since last August I’ve had my challenges but the clients I’ve been with are amazing it’s all about having that connection with them benefits are good they work with you before you get fired they give you a chance to fix it and turn it around hours are what you make it and I love that I can sit and talk with the boss and be open and honest only thing I don’t like is last minute call off for personal reasons I understand clients need care but we also have personal issues and safety precautions we need to follow

I wouldn't recommend this as a place of employment longevity. The pay is insanely low. The Turn over rate is extremely high. I thoroughly enjoyed working with the clients, caregivers and the office staff. However, the lack of benefits, the lack of adequate pay, and the expectations that don't match the compensation, is what makes this a horrible place to work. The disregard for loyal employees is unbelievable. It's sad to see. I didn't see a prosperous future with this agency. It's just not there.This could very well be a great place for employment if these changes were made.

I’ve worked for this lady for 3 months I wanna say and not 1 bi-weekly paycheck was right. When things were wrong she would tell me to call ADP and figure it out. Everything she says she does she has no idea what she’s doing. I do this to take care of my mom due to the fact all this lady’s workers were not a good fit. Someone once came in with flees, most the time people didn’t show up to take care of my mom. Over all beware this company!!!!
