They caused THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN DAMAGE!!! If I could give a ZERO stars I would. Had them lay the flooring in my entire house and have now had them out 3 additional times for the floor failing. This last time the installer scratched up my walls and then completely destroyed our paint (used white to try and cover up the scratches on my grey walls). Management came out and apologized for the work done and condition of the house. Now 2 wks later after waiting for the call for them to schedule to fix our walls and floors, we get told they aren’t going to fix it bc the contractor quit. So bc the sub contractor quit now they don’t feel like they need to fix my house. Ohhh also they reinstalled my toilet wrong and now we have a constant leak. Most unprofessional company we have ever used! Stay away from them or you’ll have to hire a lawyer also!

Melody was fabulous to work with! Very reasonable pricing! And the installers took their time, didn't rush. Didn't leave a mess. Installed our new carpet perfectly. Looks great! Thanks so much! Now having them bid bathrooms and downstairs flooring for in the near future. Definitely recommended. I did price around and they had the best pricing & best reviews around. The price and service was fine, but I had to follow up with Melody repeatedly every step of the way: requesting the estimate, scheduling the work, and getting the installers to actually show up. The only thing that came on time was the bill. I had two installations and both times were over an hour late with no updates. Had to text/email repeatedly to get it scheduled, and had to get 3 estimates before she finally sent one that was the work I requested without extra things I didn't need. If cost is your only focus, and you don't mind being the project manager, they are fine, but if I had it to do over again I'd choose a company that actually wants to do the work without being constantly prodded.
