Been here numerous times, very friendly and knows the business. Bought my Vac here, have it serviced here and if needed have repairs done here. Also get all supplies here. Great service!!

I took my old Sanitaire to a well-liked competitor because the motor was running rough and the suction wasn't immediately starting. The competitor offered a $100 tune-up but didn't recommend it because the motor sounded like it was on its last legs. So he recommended I just keep using the vacuum until the motor blew and then buy a new one. So I brought it to the Henry Company for a second opinion. Steve Henry turnover the machine over, noticed that the beater bar and belt needed to be replaced, which he did while I waited for less than half the price quoted above. The machine now runs as good as new.Needless to say, I will not return to that first competitor... read full review

I haven't even had my vacuum repaired here YET, but I did call. A gentleman answered that was friendly, professional, enthusiastic and very helpful. He informed me on how to get it serviced by them or part purchases. Service and parts fees were pretty reasonable too. I've tried and tried calling several places with no success. I have a good feeling about Henry Co Inc.
