Our basement flooded with 4-8 inches of water due to pump failure. Unfortunately 35 years of memories were lost. We had called another company to come out for flood restoration & never heard back from them. Called Belfor following day & they were prompt to come out during promised time. I cannot begin to say how professional, courteous, knowledgeable & compassionate JESSE & PEPPER were. Their entire crew had all carpeting ripped out & all of their industrial equipment in place by the end of day. The crew worked well. I’m very satisfied with BELFOR Property Restoration.They are professional, polite, knowledgeable , hardworking and courteous. Caleb Guzman, Eric Staley and Alex worked hard to save my home from the roof problem. I wholeheartedly recommend BELFOR ! I stopped by the office and the staff ( Connie & J.) were also very helpful.
