A gentleman that came out was going to send us quotes my email and give us a phone call and that was over 5 days ago. His name is Damon so we are pursuing other quotes. Very very disappointed

I have used Air Temp for a long time, but after the last visit to repair my air conditioner I will no longer be using them. Their prices have gone through the roof. The repairman took one hour to do the repair job, but sat in his truck for a long time. The invoice listed two hours for the labor charges. I called another heating & cooling repair company for a quote for doing the same repair job. They quoted me a price that was $355.00 less than what Air Temp charged! I have since used the other heating & cooling service. I was very happy with their work and charges. I left them a 5-Star review.

Very Dissatisfied with service and billing. I called them to check my boiler, told them it was flashing at number 13 and that it meant the fan was running too slow. Repairman came out and asked me how I knew what the 13 meant and did I have a book on the furnace. I told him no book, I googled it. He checked how much voltage came to it and said he would send an estimate for repair. Low and behold, it was the fan motor. He was here for no more than 30 minutes and all he did was check the voltage to the fan motor. I received my first bill over a month later, saying it was my second bill and to "pay immediately to avoid being turned over for collections". Called to...read full review
