Every time I go there the staff is very helpful and friendly. I really love all of the Dr.'s in the practice and my dog does too!! They are very kind and gentle with her and I appreciate that. I would definitely recommend them. I also buy my dogs special food there and she is losing weight!!! Thank you so much!!
I recently moved our business here upon the recommendation of a family friend, and we've been happy customers for over two years now. The entire staff is very caring and exude really positive energy. On top of that, prices are very reasonable. We recently had to bring Mr. Schneebly in for his annual exam during quarantine in order to continue to order his prescription cat food. They have a great system of having patient's humans call from the parking lot to let them know you're all there for the appointment. Then they ask you to please bring the patient in to the foyer between the double set of doors, where a staff member will retrieve the patient. Then the exam happens, and at the end of it all, they call you while you're in your vehicle to tell you when to come back to the foyer to retrieve the patient. You pay for the exam by credit card over the phone and no one is exposed! The doctor called me a short bit after we got home to explain the details of the exam in a very thorough way. It was an excellent experience from start to finish.
Two days before a big hiking and camping trip my dog started limping. I took her to McCordsville Vet and they were incredibly helpful. They were gentle with her and efficient. I appreciated that the doctor gave us options. He offered me an x ray but also the option to watch it and see if it healed itself. He never looked down upon my decision to watch it and it did eventually heal itself. We will definitely be back now that we've moved to the area.
