I have been here twice in the last two weeks and have been very disappointed. The first time the staff was very rude and the second time I brought my 16 year old niece and her friend and the guy doing her my nieces nails, cut her skin and told her it was her fault and was just really rude to her. She was sitting in her chair looking like she’s about to cry, most likely will not be back.

Called the morning of our visit to schedule a appointment for me and my 2 daughters, ages 5 & 7. Appointment was at 11:30. We walked in at 11:25 and there were people waiting in seats (assuming they were walk ins) and a lady who works there (forgot to get her name) had me and my girls pick out our colors and sit down at a nail table immediately. The place appeared to be very clean. We sat down and waited about 10 minutes for a tech to become free to do our hands. It was the first time I've had a manicure in 10 years, and the first time ever for my girls to be in a nail salon.
