About Strength School

Strength School offers personal training and group exercise classes for adults in their 50s, 60s, 70s, and 80s, along with 1-on-1 injury rehab training. It is a small class setting with attention paid to each person in a supportive environment. The school provides high-quality guided workouts where the trainer works to understand each participant's goals and restrictions, developing workouts that meet you where you are. Participants have reported feeling stronger, increasing flexibility, and reducing chronic pain. The first step is the hardest, but you can try it out for free with no harm in seeing for yourself.

Strength School has been a wonderful, life-changing experience. Shane is very knowledgeable and understands the unique needs of each person. He offers helpful encouragement in each class. He understands physiology and nutrition at a high level . This school is highly recommended for anyone who needs to workout, but doesn’t know where to start. There are many people who have chosen to remain for years in the program as well, because belonging to the Strength School becomes a healthy way of life. It is also a lot of fun!

I did not even know it existed until I received a flyer in the mail advertising it had workouts geared toward age groups 55 and older. I was so intimidated to walk through the door but decided to give it a try, especially since it was free 3 workouts. Shane is the best in the trade. He is medically trained and so knowledgeable and will gear workouts to a persons need. He has a great sense of humor and can take all of the ribbing we give him in the 8:00 a.m. class. He has a wonderful wife and 2 little boys. His wife can also run the class if and when Shane might be sick. I cannot say enough...read full review

Strength School is a small class setting with attention paid to each person. We all support each other but we have our own goals and abilities. I wish I had started when I was 40 years of age. But I am so much stronger. Give it a try, the first step is the hardest. You won't regret it. JT
