I was in today, the wait was long but worth it especially if you check in on the app - I can't remember the young lady's name who cut my hair but I believe she was relatively new, had black hair and did an excellent job; I have curly hair that's not easy to cut but she got it just right! Thank you very much!

My husband got his hair cut here and they done a good job. He had quite a bit of hair and they cut it exactly how he wanted it. They do get busy and there is sometimes a wait up to 1.5 hours. I would suggest checking in online. You must have the Great clips app and it is very convenient because they will keep you informed of where you are in line and the waiting period left.
