Even though we had to put down our beloved Jazzy today at the age of 17, my wife Rachel and I appreciated the compassionate care shown toward our dog over the past several months. My dog died on memorial day. I went to Southway to handle some last minute necessities and the receptionist there was amazing! I wanted to apologize to her because I couldn't say much without crying. Well today she came in to my job (unintentionally) recognized me and asked me how I was doing. Such an amazing heart! I am glad she was there when I went in. Thank you. Your kindness meant so much.
