Took my gerbie houdini to have his scent gland looked at, and vet as well as staff couldn't of been kinder to my little guy, hes small but still one of Gods creatures and they treated him as such! He gots some ointment and hoping he'll be on the mend soon! Finding this vet was like finding buried treasure and we appreciate yall! 😊
Dr. Ratliffe is an exceptional veterinarian. He truly cares about the animals, takes his time with each animal and owner to ensure the best care, and works hard to keep costs low to further ensure owners do not have to choose between treating their fur babies and paying the bill.
I was surprised to find out that he treats all the K-9 officers in the county and surrounding counties for free - he comes in any time day or night for their care.
We drive from Muncie to see Dr. Ratliffe and, as long as he is in practice, we won't go anywhere else.
I have a very good boy that gets super anxious when being groomed or when anyone touches his legs/feet. Every time I call, Rhonda, Kelli and Alyssa get with Dr Ratliff to try and figure something out to help him. They are nice about my anxiety over my animals. Kim is hands down amazing! They always are compassionate and caring towards all my babies! Dr Ratliff is the best vet, he genuinely cares for your fur baby. I would rate this Clinic higher if I could. Thankful for you all! 🐾🐾
