The office staff bas always been friendly. I used Dr Lo to get my wisdom teeth taken out and had no issues. Today I went and had 12 of my top teeth removed, I was supposed to be put under by iv sedation. I went to sleep but just long enough for them to start. I told him I was awake and he basically ignored me saying he gave me all the medicine he could, I find it hard to believe that he gave me propanol and gave me as much as he was legally allowed and I woke up so quickly. The office personel and nurse were very informative and pleasant. Dr. Lo did a very good job on my tooth extraction, but he was not an easy guy to work with. As soon as I asked a question, he got defensive and basically told me I could leave if I didn't trust him. I had to listen to him go on and on for some time as if I had offended him about asking a question about the procedure and such. I had never met him before the day of the procedure, so I had some questions before he started. He took offense and was not pleasant about that. Typically when you're looking for a oral surgeon you want to know what other people's experiences was and this is mine. I'm a recovering drug addict and with years of abuse and grinding my teeth in my sleep my teeth were pretty much all broken or fairly destroyed. I first called them right before Christmas after being told by 7 other places they couldn't get me in until March or April. Dr. lo's office was able to get me in January 13th for consultation and February 2nd for surgery. During my surgery I had 18 teeth removed and my bottom jaw grinded down for dentures.
