The staff is really nice, professional & courteous! But I just can't stand the WAIT TIME!! it truly drives me crazy! It's always about an hour or more- just to be seen- then another 20-35 more till the Dr comes in!! Thinking about going somewhere else.

Not ranting on but got one question. Would they still see you if you showed up a hour and half to two hours late? They hold accountable for being on time who holds them accountable or is our time not as important as theirs. Really thinking might be last time here and look for another eye place.

Dr Gottschalk is fantastic and the technicians are always great but good grief the lady was takes payments could not possibly be more rude. Makes me want to find a new place to go. Where's Gina?
