I gave them a 2 only because the Optometrist was very nice. The rest of my experience with staff would be a 0-1 rating. Appointment for 10:40, arrived to a packed waiting room 8-10 people. Finally was examined around 1ish, then waited another hour for someone to help with frames. I will not return. This is my 2nd time and this seems to be the normal. If I wanted walmart service I would go to walmart.

polite, friendly, courteous staff members....ALWAYS ACCURATE AND A EXPANSIVE SELECTIONS FOR FRAMES, LENS, and eye care products......I've found my Optometrist....COMPLETELY TRUST MY EYES HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dr. Culver is FANTASTIC !! My first visit she said " I was going to measure you for a new pair of glasses but after seeing what I've seen I think we need to remove those cataracts". Since the sugery, my eye sight is like it was before I started wearing glasses. If you are looking for a OD, I highly recommend Dr. Culver. You won't be disappointed. Sincerely, Stephen Berry
