I've had several MRI'S there and each time the staff has gone out of their way to accommodate me. I'm severely claustrophobic and have disabilities but I was as comfortable as it's possible to be. The scan does not close a person in so there's nothing to fear. I'm so grateful for this organization because without it I'd not be able to get the diagnostic help I need. Thank you!
I would recommend any one that needs a MRI or CT to come here . All the staff from the receptionist too both Radiologist. I am claustrophobic and was made very comfortable was checked on during the test. Even made jokes with me while getting a injection of contrast. I need any more MRI or CT's I will be going back!
Joel was a huge help. He and the firm treated us like we were their family. He found an opening to fit us in. Our provided wanted a closed MRI machine so we had to cancel. We received the lab reports and weren't confident in the report because of the contradiction. We reached out to Marion Open MRI and sought help after having to cancel. Joel remembered us from prior. He and the firm put every effort in to assisting us. The most important take away is the honesty he delivered and making you feel your life and problem was equally as important as if he was helping his own mother. We will drive anywhere in Indiana to get their help from now on.
