Tech didn't install oil filter right or maybe a bad filter. I found oil leaking under my car. I took it back back they fixed it right away. Been coming for year and my only 1 issue so can't complain since they fixed it right away. Stuff happens but highly appreciated the great attitude to rectify the situation with no hassle. Will still come back here
Nice guys, but honesty is the best policy. I put trust in them to do the diff and transfer case service and on my jeep, you have to remove the cross bar for access. I heard the struggle and the guy did tell me he was having problems, but someone else was taking care of it. Perhaps miscommunication, perhaps not. This is what I found when I looked under the jeep this afternoon. Unfortunately, they were closed and I have a dealer appointment tomorrow. If I get charged for this repair, I’ll expect Valvoline to reimburse me. Hopefully the hole isn’t stripped out. Dropped $400 at this place today..

I had come in a few days earlier for an oil change and the service was excellent. Yesterday, the heat panel became detached from my car. I was able to bungee it, but needed a permanent fix, and I could not reach the missing screw holes. Nearing 6pm, I went to my car dealership, but they had all left for the day. I then went to Valvoline, and they were more than happy to replace the screws for free. Businesses like this are hard to find, so thank you to the Lowell IN Valvoline.
