When Smith Ford say no bull as their slogan, they quite literally mean no bull. I had horrid...I mean HORRIIDDDDD experience with a few other dealerships in the area, and was apprehensive at first when I first reached out to Smith. That apprehension went away IMMEDIATELY and here is why.I was looking at their inventory late one Tuesday night and so I sent an email to them. 9:11 am Wednesday morning (11 mins after they opened) Justin the salesperson emailed me back about the car. At 9:15 he then called me. I picked up, asked how many miles were on the car I was interested in, he told me, I said I'd be there within 2 hours to see it. I bought my F-150 from Smith Ford in May of 20212. I've never had any issues/problems with getting my truck in for anything. The service department is and always has gone out of there way to assist me. I have taken my truck in on the weekends and yes it does get busy, but they do there best to get you in and out. Great folks and thank you all for doing your best for not only me but the town of Lowell.
