    Great place, awesome people, never pushy or over priced. I've delivered cars here for 8 years and it's one of my favorite dealers. Super nice people. Definitely recommend purchasing your next new vehicle thru them.

    When Smith Ford say no bull as their slogan, they quite literally mean no bull. I had horrid...I mean HORRIIDDDDD experience with a few other dealerships in the area, and was apprehensive at first when I first reached out to Smith. That apprehension went away IMMEDIATELY and here is why.I was looking at their inventory late one Tuesday night and so I sent an email to them. 9:11 am Wednesday morning (11 mins after they opened) Justin the salesperson emailed me back about the car. At 9:15 he then called me. I picked up, asked how many miles were on the car I was interested in, he told me, I said I'd be there within 2 hours to see it. I pull up, he's got it waiting there for me, he takes my info, I take it for a test drive. I want the SUV.We go in, I ask the price of the car, he tells me. I ask about qualifying discounts, we settle that, we get the paperwork started. I put a deposit down. It was as simple as that. I come back later that night, sign on the dotted line, and I have my car. The only reason it took almost an hour and a half is because the dealership were trying to get ahold of the DMV in my state for the sales tax.But it doesn't end there. My parents were so impressed, they turned around, and bought another Ecosport from him a few days later. I wasn't spoken down, I wasn't harassed about how much I was putting down, it was a simple conversation, yes & no answers, and my auto was purchased. If you are in the NWI region and want a Ford, go to this dealership. Everyone I spoke to there was nice, respectful, and it was just a pleasant, non-headache inducing experience.

    I bought my F-150 from Smith Ford in May of 20212. I've never had any issues/problems with getting my truck in for anything. The service department is and always has gone out of there way to assist me. I have taken my truck in on the weekends and yes it does get busy, but they do there best to get you in and out. Great folks and thank you all for doing your best for not only me but the town of Lowell.
