I saw one of the doctors there twice before for minor things, paid my bill, and thought I had a good relationship with them. I was always polite on the phone and in person. I was warned at a free Saturday leg and vein clinic to see my regular doctor right away Monday morning and get on some blood pressure medication. I tried to get in to Lowell Medical Center all week and they could not seem to fit me in. During that week I started having panic attacks, not being able to get an appointment scheduled and came in on my own to see if a doctor could see me, and they refused treatment and sent me across town to the ER instead.
