As soon as I walked in to the building, I felt so welcomed. Every staff member there had the best attitude and was so kind and compassionate. From the receptionists all the way to the surgeons, everyone there was so warm and welcoming. They know how to get things done and don’t wait around. I will forever be grateful for how positive this experience was with them. I’m going through something extremely difficult with my pup and they made it all the more easy by providing me with every piece of information they could and helping us get into an oncologist. The Veterinary care is amazing at LAH! All the staff is friendly, helpful & thorough in their care of my cats! The atmosphere is welcoming, clean, and safe with the amount of space in reception & the waiting area. The use of the app also makes it so easy to connect w/ the Vet Techs & doctors to get answers to my concerns in a timely manner to put my mind at ease.

I can not say enough great things about this place… from the call to get prices to the checkout was absolutely phenomenal! I have 8 cats but only needed to bring 5 in for shots, office visits, and nail trim… I was in and out of there in less than an hour… everyone was efficient, polite and lent a hand with my babies… dr wise thank you for everything including your professionalism from yourself and your amazing staff and to top it off the prices! I paid a fraction of the cost I would have paid elsewhere… you just gained 8 new kitty clients and one happy crazy cat lady! Thanks again
