Brought two different animals two different times and I have to say that everyone from the front desk to all the staff we encountered could not have been more compassionate and caring for my pets. I am new to this clinic and know I will not be going anywhere else ever! No one else will ever take care of my dogs other than Lowell Animal Hospital and their staff. Thank you, thank you thank you!!
The vet and nurses seemed to really hear my dogs problems. They took us straight back and went to work. My dog was so sick and I was concerned he would die but they were very reassuring that I caught it soon enough for them to help him. He’s only 2months and 22 days old. I’m so glad I brought him here. Floyd will get better and I have this vet to thank for it. Thanks lowell animal hospital.
I never leave google reviews, but I had to this time. I just had my dog put down yesterday, and right off the bat the staff was extremely caring and empathetic. Then they took us into this nice little room with a snack table for the dogs, and they laid out a pillow and blanket so he didn’t have to die on a cold, hard table. They are very reasonably priced, and they take great priority of getting your pet’s remains to you as quickly as possible. I already have my dog’s ashes and footprint, and it’s literally been a day. This is where I will be taking any pet I have from now on!
