I like that the price is the same every month. But last week the driver was careless and the lid on the trash container almost broke it’s crooked and hard to shut now. Most of the time it’s sit upright last week it looked like it was just thrown back in my yard.
Waste Management charged me over 2k for two 20 yard dumpsters.
When it was supposed to be only $876
*EDIT* WM took care of the mistake and made everything correct.
For the most part, we are very satisfied with the service WM provides to us. The only problem is the cost. My husband and I literally went from paying $60.00 a month to what we pay now. I understand everything has and is still going up. We make the payments, it's just hard sometimes. Service wise though, no complaints. Thank you so much.
